  1. Is there a way to get the family law case moved into criminal court?

    Is there a way to have an ex charged after 5 years for assault on his stepdaughter that is too afraid to do it and there is a police report showing he was the aggressor but police refused to charge him as they didn’t want to ruin his life?

    They are trying to break me in every way possible. Can’t find a job and am about to lose my home, been living off credit cards and going to trial in May. Children’s aid just filed to try to force me into signing consent to prevent me from using everything in any other case or media and I’m sure the judge will order it? No lawyer will take my case in the Durham region and the ones that did fleeced me.

    I was thinking of starting a fund on go find it calling it “my Goal is Cole! “.

    I am being heavily targeted by everyone and everyone even my own family won’t help me!

    Please any kind of help as they also filed a status review on the same day as the trial management conference for access which they site they want another year and a half and me on medication for mental health when two psychriatrists state no mild PTSD.
    I reside in Canada in Ontario east of Toronto in the city of oshawa. Durham region and the court corruption and police have helped the ex in the persecution. They are using these tactics on a lot of women. Charged some with assault and tried to force me into my home to claim I assaulted their mental health unit.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
